If you have an emergency give me a call I will try to accommodate you the best I can. Sometimes you might get lucky as I have some free time and can head over. Very often I will be booked already. However, often I can help you out of your jam over the phone with a quick conversation. 

In person visits:

I charge $170 per hour for home or office visits in Marin and East Bay.

$180 Hr/ Two hour minimum for San Francisco visits.

After the first hour time is billed in half hour increments.

I charge and additional $20 Hr for after 6 Pm or weekend appointments.

I do not charge a travel fee unless the appointment is out of my normal travel zone (I will discuss this when making the appointment if needed). 

Cancelation Policy: 24 hour notice before our scheduled start time must be given or a minimum of a one hour charge will be levied.

That being said, I understand that sometimes emergencies do come up at the last minute. If you feel the cancellation is out of your control, please let me know and we can figure out a solution. 

Remote Support:

Can be arranged at $140.00 an hour through Apples Screen sharing or Zoom. We can share your computers screen I can take control of your system with your permision. Perfect for those smaller issues, and quick bites to learn new skills.

3o Minute minimum/ Billed in 15 minute increments after the first 30 min.

Payment:

Payment is due at the end of each session.  I accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal and  Apple Pay cash.

Email support:

I love to help out over e-mail. But it can take a fair amount of time to write out complete easy to understand instructions on how to do something or explain a situation.

If it is more than a basic question that takes only a few minutes,  there will be a charge of $25.00.
